COMMISSION NOTES Please Read!!!

Only basic commissions are offered here on Storenvy. Please email me about any book deals, resale commissions, and other long-term projects.

All Storenvy commissions go through PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE: Pieces may NOT be used for commercial purposes. They are intended for personal use ONLY. Any breach of this is against my TOS for Storenvy sales.

For Fanart: I have the copyright and the commercial right to the image itself, not the characters. The intellectual property rights belong to their respective companies of origin.

In the case of family, pets, and original characters belonging to the client: the commissioner has the commercial rights to the image. Meaning I can post them as my work on social media sites, as well as in portfolios, but will not sell the images without client's permission. Clients cannot reprint them for resale.

If there are any problems or concerns about my sharing pieces or their process, please state so!

The Process

1) Please CONTACT ME to confirm that I can illustrate what you have requested BEFORE placing your order. Otherwise, be aware a piece may be rejected at my discretion. (This is mainly for those who want more than one figure and have questions about the charges. Or, in the case of certain themes and content. Consultations are always best for questions, please don't feel you are bothering me.)

2) Place your order, along with the payment through PayPal.
-Use price tags to help estimate final cost (additional charges may apply)
-All colored commissions come with free flat colors. Textures or patterns are additional and must be added as a separate item and be cleared in discussions.
*Please email me about the backgrounds of intensive details to be sure they can be done as they require planning to give a proper estimate.

3.) References:
-Please note your email in the checkout note
-Please provide references whenever possible to ease the process if you have preferences in mind
-Possible examples: drawings, a strong description, photo references, and/or color guides.

4.) Once you request your design, I will draw up a MAXIMUM of 3-4 thumbnail sketches (either 4 different ideas or 3 ideas with 1 final edit draft, depending on discussions). Once a plan is approved, I will begin my work.

Pieces usually take 2-4 weeks, depending on how many orders I am working on and the difficulty. I will send you an email if there are any problems or delays.

5.) I will send you the file via email once it is finished!

-If you are contacting me through Storenvy after a purchase, please include your order number in the email. You do not need a number for preorders or concerns.

I will be more than happy to answer any questions that you have! Please do not hesitate to contact me. I do hold the right to contact the commissioner and cancel their order if it does not follow the above guidelines or contains concerning or inappropriate content.

If a commission needs to be canceled by the client before it is completed, a 50% refund will be issued to the client.
Clients cannot cancel a commission when the artwork has already been completed.
If the artist rejects a commission, a full 100% return will be issued to the client.
