  • Where is the store based?

    Virginia Beach, VA

  • How will my stuff ship?

    For small items like 4x6s and buttons, the item will be shipped in either a bubble wrap envelope or an envelope with support.

    For larger prints, the item will be protected in plastic sleeves and shipped flat with supports.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic (US) orders take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. You will be sent an email with a USPS tracking number to aid this process.

    Feel free to contact me if the order appears to be lost or takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive.

    **In international forwarding cases, the package will reach the domestic mailbox location likely in the same amount of time, and you will receive USPS tracking from me for that process.

  • How long until my order ships?

    Depending on what time the order comes in, it could take 2-4 days for me to package the product safely and send it on its way.

    Though I'm usually very excited to package and ship things so it usually gets done quicker than that.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, though through collaboration with Freight Forwarding companies like Fishisfast, whom I have had success working with so far.

    **This is tentative and could be changed in the future but as of now, things seem to be working well when customers use them.

  • Who is responsible for my international order?

    My liability as a seller ends with the domestic (US location) delivery of your item. Buyers are not eligible for any Money Back Guarantee when an item is forwarded.

    Not Covered:
    -Items shipped to another address after the original delivery (aka the part of the journey after reaching the US freight forwarding mailbox location).
    -Items not delivered, damaged during collection, or damaged during shipment when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of the item (for instance, the buyer arranges for a freight forwarding company such as Fishisfast).

  • Do you do free shipping?

    Unfortunately no. My shipping costs follow the lowest mark down the postal service is offering for that type of package.
